We are Viktor and Dariia, the family behind O'SHINE.

In 2022, our lives changed forever.
Our home city of Kyiv was living through constant attacks and prolonged power outages. The hardest moments were hearing our daughter ask us to turn on the light when we simply couldn't.
Her fear became our greatest pain - but also the strength that inspired us to move forward.
As Viktor was legally permitted to leave Ukraine, we made the difficult decision to move to Ireland to ensure our daughter's safety. We settled in Tullamore.
Only later did we realise the symbolism of our journey. What began as a search for light became our mission - to create it for others.

Thanks to the kindness and support we received in Ireland, we were able to start again from scratch.
We had no experience in laser engraving-only a dream and the determination to learn.
Viktor devoted himself to mastering laser engraving technology, experimenting with materials, settings and techniques until he developed our own production process.

Today, O'SHINE creates:

• Designer engraved ART lights and wooden portraits
• Personalised gifts from customers' photographs
• Irish-inspired collections
• Bespoke keepsakes for weddings, anniversaries and special occasions.

Our Irish-inspired collection, including designs celebrating Ireland and Tullamore, is our way of saying thank you for the kindness, support and opportunities we have received here.

Through these creations, we hope to share the beauty, heritage and spirit of Ireland, helping others discover and celebrate the places and traditions that have become such an important part of our own journey.
