Payment & Delivery Delivery Charges

 We offer simple, transparent shipping rates across the island of Ireland.

Standard Delivery: €6.00 

Free Delivery: On all orders over €80.00.

Free delivery applies to retail orders only. 

If you're located near Tullamore, you can collect your order free of charge. Simply select Local Pickup during checkout, and we'll contact you by email once your order is ready to arrange a convenient collection time.

Every O'SHINE piece is individually designed and laser engraved with care. Our standard production time is 3–5 working days. During busy periods or for larger custom orders, production may take slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed by email.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Irish public holidays.

Although most of our products are made to order, occasionally an item or material may become temporarily unavailable. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and you can choose to: wait until the item becomes available, select an alternative product, or receive a full refund. 

 We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. Orders within Ireland are usually shipped with An Post, although we may occasionally use another trusted courier for larger parcels. Once dispatched, most Irish deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays beyond our control.
